Purpose of the Project
This anthology seeks to amplify diverse voices by publishing nonfiction works that reflect real experiences, thoughts, or reflections on a specific theme. Selected pieces may be shared through print, digital platforms, and promotional channels.

Parent/Guardian Consent (Required for participants under 18) I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, give permission for my child/ward to participate in this anthology and consent to the publication and use of their submitted work. I understand and agree that: – My child retains authorship of their original work – The organizers may publish the work in print/digital forms and on media platforms – No payment will be issued for submissions – My child may be offered non-monetary recognition such as certificates or features – If the story contains sensitive information, the organizers may consult professional partners for safeguarding purposes
Editorial Rights & Anonymity
Minor edits (e.g., grammar, structure) may be made to ensure clarity. If anonymity is requested, only initials and age will be used. Any major edits will be communicated.
In line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, I consent to the use of my child’s personal data solely for the purposes of this project. No personal information will be disclosed or shared without additional consent.
Responsibility and Legal Safety
Submissions should not mention full names or private information of other individuals without consent. The organizers reserve the right to remove or change such content to ensure legal and ethical safety.
I understand that final selections will be announced only after all consent forms have been received and verified. By signing this form, I agree not to withdraw the work after acceptance unless for valid and approved reasons. I also grant permission for short excerpts of the work, along with the contributor’s name or chosen identifier, to be used for promotional purposes across digital or print platforms related to the anthology.
Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree that this consent constitutes a binding agreement between the contributor, their legal guardian, and the organizers of the anthology.
