Purpose of the Project
This anthology seeks to amplify diverse voices by publishing nonfiction works that reflect real experiences, thoughts, or reflections on a specific theme. Selected pieces may be shared through print, digital platforms, and promotional channels.

Rights & Usage
By signing this form, I grant the organizers a non-exclusive license to:
  • Publish and distribute my submission in print and/or digital formats
  • Feature excerpts on websites, social media, and media campaigns
  • Retain editorial rights to correct typos, formatting, or make minor structural edits with notice
I retain full authorship and moral rights over my work.
Compensation
This is a voluntary submission. I understand that:
  • No payment or royalties will be issued
  • I will receive public recognition (if I opt in) and a free copy of the final publication (where applicable)
  • I may be invited to participate in readings, events, or workshops
I consent to my work and name/image being used for publicit1y (e.g., social media posts, interviews, flyers).
I consent to my work being published anonymously, but I still retain authorship.
I confirm that my submission does not place me or others at immediate risk. If my work includes sensitive issues (e.g., trauma, abuse), I understand the organizers may offer referral to relevant support services or NGOs.
Defamation & Confidentiality
I understand that I should avoid including names or identifiable details about other people without their permission. The organizers reserve the right to edit or omit such information to prevent harm or legal risk.
Data Protection
In line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, I consent to the use of my personal data solely for this project and related communications. My data will not be shared with third parties without my explicit permission.
I waive any legal claim against the organizers for the use of my submission in good faith under the terms outlined above.
I understand that final selections will be announced only after all consent forms have been received and verified. By signing this form, I agree not to withdraw the work after acceptance unless for valid and approved reasons. I also grant permission for short excerpts of the work, along with my name or chosen identifier, to be used for promotional purposes across digital or print platforms related to the anthology.
Jurisdiction & Binding Agreement
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree that this consent constitutes a binding agreement between me and the organizers of the anthology.
